This saute pan is ideal for sauces, vegetables, cubed meat, and more! Swiss Diamond Induction models are every bit as good as our classic line. Including the same #1 nonstick coating available, along with a ferrous metal plate plasma treated to the bottom of the pan. European craftsmanship is visible in every aspect of this kitchen essential. Heavy-duty cast aluminum bodies distribute heat evenly and efficiently to warm all contents. Strong, rivet-free handles prevent unsightly food build-up and even stay cool on the stovetop. Diamond crystals are embedded into the patented coating to create a durable, naturally nonstick surface. Oven-safe up to 260°C (500°F). Safe for dishwasher use, but we recommend hand washing. Heat-tempered glass lid included. Made in Switzerland.
